and then I decided to leave London..... or - a rough itinerary for the next few months...
Hello friends, family, lovely people in my life... ;)aahhhh - I've been wanting to send this message 6 weeks ago, 1 month ago, 2 weeks ago...
but as usual - time is flying by and now it's only 2 and 1/2 more weeks until I'm leaving London on June 18th....!!!!
Most of you probaly already know of my plans to leave this great city and my job with the London Towers Basketball team after 5 amazing and very fun years.... !! Not because I don't like it here anymore, but because there's so much more out there it in this world that I still wanna see, so many places / countries I wanna go to....
So to keep you updated, my itinerary for the next 11 - 12 months is kinda as follows...
Driving back to Germany with all my stuff on 18th June
I will then be in Wiesbaden for 2 weeks until 5th July 2005
Flying to Seattle on 5th July - travel along the West Coast for 3 weeks and visit friends in Seattle, Vancouver, Tacoma, San Francisco, San Jose (if I have some time left, maybe LA and San Diego as well, but I doubt it to be honest)
cause on 26th July I will be flying to Puerto Rico and will be at the Salsa Congress in San Juan from 27th - 31 st July.
August - Studying Spanish in Antigua de Guatemala for 4 weeks.
September - will be meeting Aneta in Cancun and have my birthday party there on 3rd SEPT (anyone who's around at the time is invited to join us..!! ) we will then travel around Mexico for 2 - 3 weeks
then I have another 6 - 7 weeks to see Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama...
I'm flying back to Germany from NYC on 1st DEC, and should be on the East Coast from about mid November onwards....also planning to go to New Jersey Salsa festival at the end of November and celebrate Thanksgiving somewhere in or close to NYC...
In December I'll be in Germany for my cousin's Andreas birthday and of course X-Mas in Wiesbaden....also planning some short trips to Berlin and Hamburg and then New Year in Poland...!!
plans for 2006 - Brazil in FEB for Carnival, then Argentina, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, etc... we'll see - that is not all planned out in detail yet...
so you have an idea of my travel plans and whereabouts for the next few months now.... and if you're anywhere in the same area at kinda the same time, would be great to catch up with you..!!
I'll be in touch via email as much as I can - and you know, I'm usually pretty good with that...!! ;)
Oh, also - TO ALL MY FRIENDS HERE IN LONDON.... On FRI, 10th June - I'm having a little Goodbye Party at FLORIDITA (100 Wardour Street, SOHO) see www.floriditalondon.com
of course, there will be some Salsa music.. ;) but also Latin party music and after 12.30am it's more dance and house..... so should be fun for everybody and would be great to see u there...!!
